Learning Experience and Commitment

Month 1 - 6: Foundations & Intensive Training

The first half of the program is focused on building strong foundations. You'll undergo immersive, full-time training in core technical, problem-solving, and business skills. Classes and assignments are compulsory, with sessions starting at 8:30 AM from Monday to Friday. Expect a challenging pace with regular tests and assessments designed to sharpen your knowledge and keep you prepared.

Month 7 - 12: Projects & Real-World Application

In the second half of the program, you'll put your skills to work. Students are assigned to real-world projects that cut across software engineering and business problem-solving. Each project culminates in a demo presentation, giving you the chance to showcase your work, gain feedback, and build confidence for the professional world. The journey concludes with a final capstone project, where you bring together everything you've learned to design, build, and present a full solution from start to finish.

In my one-year program, I did a lot of stuff. I made a lot of friends. I got a lot of exposure that I probably wouldn't get in five years if I hadn't been to Semicolon.

(Cohort 11)

My biggest fear before Semicolon was that I won't get value from the program, which would mean losing one year. I have not only acquired value, but it has also exceeded my expectations.

(Cohort 4)

My biggest fear of getting into the program was finishing it and not getting a job or not being good enough. I got a job even before graduating.
